NMDC has now informed that the floor price for the sale in terms of the OFS Circular shall be as below Rs 147
With reference to earlier announcement dated December 10, 2012 regarding Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoter, The President of India, acting through Ministry of Steel, Government of India has now informed BSE that the Floor Price for the Sale in terms of the OFS Circular shall be as below:Rs. 147.00 (Rupees one hundred forty seven only) per equity share of NMDC Ltd (the "Floor Price").Source : BSE
