New Delhi Television Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to submit the audited financial results for entire financial year 2010-11 within sixty days of the end of the financial year (i.e. March 31, 2011), instead of submitting unaudited financial results for the last quarter within forty five days of end of the financial year.Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2011, inter alia, to approve, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2011 and, to consider declaration of dividend, if any.Source : BSE
