NCL Research allots 12.17 lk shares at premium of Rs 265/share

NCL Research board in its meeting held on June 16 has allotted 12,17,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs 265 per share.

NCL Research & Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2012 have allotted 12,17,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs. 265/- per share under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 pursuance to the authority given by the members in the EOGM heldJune 07,2012 & In-Principal approval given by the stock exchange.Source : BSE
