National Oxygen Ltd has informed BSE that in continuance of the original meeting held on June 14, 2012, June 06, 2012 and June 14, 2012, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 30, 2012, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following business:1. To approve and take on record the Final Letter of Offer for the purpose of Rights Issue after incorporating the insertions, deletions and modifications instructed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.2.
