Monsanto India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has recommended a final dividend of Rs.10/- per equity share on 8631174 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company fully paid up for the year ended March 31, 2011, subject to declaration by the Company at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Further, the said Dividend, when declared at the AGM will be paid on or after September 22, 2011.Source : BSE
