Mold Tek Tech at its meeting held on July 14, 2011 has declared dividend at Rs 1.50 per share for the year ended March 31, 2011.
Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2011, inter alia, recommended Dividend @ 15% (i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share) for the year ended March 31, 2011 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
