Merck Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2012, inter alia, to consider appointment of Dr. Claus-Dieter Boedecker as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2012 in place of Dr. Marek Dziki whose term of appointment is expiring on July 31, 2012.Source : BSE
