Mastek Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2012, inter alia, has:1. Approved re-appointment of Mr. Ketan Mehta and Mr. Ashank Desai, Director of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting.2. Decided Alteration of Articles of Association of Company providing for attending Meeting thru Video conferencing.3. Decided to continue payment of perquisites/benefits to Mr. Ashank Desai, subject to approval of prescribed authorities.4.
