Martin Burn board has decided to reappoint Shri Kedar Nath Fatehpuria as Chairman & MD for a further period of 42 months w.e.f. April 29, 2012.
Martin Burn Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to reappoint. Shri Kedar Nath Fatehpuria as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 42 months w.e.f.
