Marico allots shares under ESOP Scheme

Marico Ltd has informed BSE that The Members of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company have vide resolution passed through circulation on June 19, 2012 approved allotment of 34,148 equity shares of the Company of the face value of Re. 1 each under the existing Marico Employees Stock Options Scheme 2007.Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 64,44,87,851 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 64,44,87,851 to 64,45,21,999 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 64,45,21,999.Source : BSE
