Manaksia Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share i.e. 125% of the Face value of Rs.2/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
