LGS Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company was held on June 23, 2012 at KLN Prasad Auditorium, The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI), Federation House, 11-6-841, Red Hills, Hyderabad - 500 004, to transact the business as set out in the EGM Notice dated May 26, 2012. The EGM was adjourned to June 30, 2012 at the same place and time to transact the same business.Source : BSE
