LGS Global board meeting on June 16

LGS Global Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 16, 2012, inter alia, to consider, take note of and approve the items in connection with the Sanctioned Scheme of Amalgamation of Ybrant Digital Limited (YDL) with LGS Global Limited (LGS) i.e. to take note of Scheme of Amalgamation sanctioned by Hon'ble High Court of A.P., allot equity shares to the Shareholders of Ybrant Digital Limited (Transferor Company) . Conversion of outstanding warrants, Re-organization of the capital, Change the name of the Company and Change in Management/ Director's and any other item as per approved scheme. Also to consider and approve postal ballot notice to add additional objects to the existing clauses and/or any other item with the permission of the chair.Source : BSE
