Lambodhara Textile fixes book closure for Dividend & AGM from August 25, 2012 to August 30, 2012
Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 25, 2012 to August 30, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 30, 2012.The dividend will be paid on September 10, 2012.Source : BSE
