With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 02, 2012 regarding Board Meeting held on July 09, 2012, Krishna Ferro Products Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held July 09, 2012 is adjourned due to want of quorum.Further the Company has informed that, the adjourned meeting will now be held on July 16, 2012 in terms of Section 288(1) of the Companies Act, 1956.Source : BSE
