Kovai Medical Center & Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2011, inter alia, has recommended the payment or dividend 12.5% on the equity share capital of the Company (Rs. 1.25 per share) subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
