Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2011 and also to approve the Annual Accounts for the aforesaid year.Further, the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the aforesaid year will also be considered at the aforesaid meeting.Source : BSE
