Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 22/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- i.e. 220% for the financial year 2010-11, subject to approval of the shareholders.Source : BSE
