Kotak Mahindra fixes book closure for dividend & AGM
Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from July 10, 2012 to July 19, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on July 19, 2012.Source : BSE
