Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2011, inter alia, to consider and adopt the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2011, and to take note of 'Audited Results' to be published.Further the Company has informed that, the Board may also recommend dividend and sub-division of equity shares in its meeting to be held on May 18, 2011.Source : BSE
