KGN Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 17, 2012, inter alia, to consider issue of warrants convertible into Equity shares to Promoters/Promoters Group entities on a private placement / preferential basis in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2009, subject to the approval of shareholders.Source : BSE
