KCP Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2012, inter alia, has declared a second interim dividend at Rs. 0.25 per share (25% on paid up equity share capital of the Company) for the year 2012-2013.Source : BSE
