Kaveri Seed Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Recommendation of Dividend for the financial year 2010-2011:- The Board recommended a dividend of 25% (Rs. 2.50 per share of Rs. 10/- each) on the equity share capital of the Company for the year 2010-2011 subject to approval of members in the General Meeting.2. Appointment of Director:The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, approved the appointment of Dr. S.M. Ilyas as an Additional Director of the Company to fill in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Sri K. Vaman Rao as Director.Source : BSE
