Karnataka Bank fixes book closure for Dividend & AGM from August 11, 2012 to August 30, 2012
Karnataka Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from August 11, 2012 to August 30, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 30, 2012.5Source : BSE
