JMD Telefilms at its meeting held on June 30, 2011 has declared dividend at 10% per share of Re 1 each.
JMD Telefilms Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2011, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 10 Paise (i.e. 10%) per share of Face value of Re. 1/- each subject to approval of Shareholders in forthcoming AGM.Source : BSE
