Jindal Worldwide at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has declared dividend at Re 0.50 per share.
Jindal Worldwide Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has proposed the dividend @ 5% i.e. 0.50 paise per share on Equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2010-2011 subject to the approval of the shareholders.Source : BSE
