Jay Ushin at its meeting held on September 03, 2011 has declared dividend at Rs 3 per share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2010-11.
Jay Ushin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2011, inter alia, has decided the following;1. Recommend a dividend of 30% (Rs. 3.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year 2010-11.2. The management has decided not to take up the business of Increase of Authorised Share Capital in the above meeting as informed by the Company vide its letter dated August 24, 2011.Source : BSE
