IOC's independent directors end their tenure

Indian Oil Corporation has informed that Dr. (Smt) Indu Shahani, Prof. Gautam Barua, Shri Michael Bastian and Shri N. K. Poddar, Independent Directors have ceased to be the Directors of the Corporation with effect from February 14, 2013.
