Indian Oil Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Prof. Devang V. Khakhar has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. September 14, 2012 afternoon.Further the Company has informed that, Shri Anees Noorani, Independent Director has ceased to be a Director w.e.f. September 15, 2012.Source : BSE
