INOX Leisure approves composite scheme of amalgamation

INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Order of the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad dated October 29, 2012 passed in Company Application 338 of 2012, the Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company was held on December 01, 2012 at 11.00 AM at MAPLE Hall, Hotel Express Residency, 18/19, Alkapuri Society, Vadodara - 390007.Further the Company has informed that, the Shareholders of the Company, present and voting at the meeting, have unanimously approved the arrangement embodied in the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation between Fame India Limited(Transferor Company No.1), Fame Motion Pictures Limited (Transferor Company No.2), Big Pictures Hospitality Services Private Limited (Transferor Company No.3), Headstrong Films Private Limited (Transferor Company No.4) and the Company.Source : BSE
