Innovative Tech Pack Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 06, 2012, inter alia, to discuss the following :1. To consider and approve the Amended Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2012 Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the amended Reports of the Board of Directors, Amended Reports of the Auditors and Notice convening Adjourned Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.2. To re-consider and approve the Re-appointment of M/s.
