IKF Finance allots 68.50 lakh share to promoters and non promoters
IKF Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 16, 2012, has considered and approved the Allotment of 68,50,000 Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs.3/- per Share to both Promoters and Non Promoters on Preferential basis.Source : BSE
