IFB Industries allotted 41 lakh equity shares to IFB Automotive and 9 lakh equity shares to Asansol Bottling on Preferential basis.
IFB Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the committee of Directors formed for the purpose of allotment, in their meeting held on June 11, 2012 allotted 41,00,000 equity shares to IFB Automotive Pvt. Ltd. and 9,00,000 equity shares to Asansol Bottling & Packaging Company Pvt. Ltd., both promoter group Companies, on Preferential basis.Source : BSE
