Icsa (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 20, 2010 have recommended for declaration of Dividend @ Rs.1.80 per every equity share of Rs.2/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing AGM.Source : BSE
