The Company will submit / publish audited financial results for the entire financial year within 60 days of the end of the financial year ended March 31, 2011. Therefore, the unaudited quarterly results for the 4th quarter i.e. January 01, 2011 to March 31, 2011 will not be submitted / published within the stipulated period 45 days from the end of 4th quarter; and2.
