Mr. Atul Nishar and Mrs. Alka Nishar, promoters of Hexaware Tech sold 79,000 shares and 453,270 shares respectively in the market on 21.02.2013 aggregating to a total of 5,32,270 shares. On the same day, Elder Venture LLP, another promoter bought 5,38,000 shares from the market.
