HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24 & 25, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2012.Source : BSE
