Guj State Petro fixes book closure for Dividend & AGM from Sept 15 to Sept 25

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2012 to September 25, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 25, 2012.The dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on October 03, 2012.Source : BSE
