Guj Reclaim recommends dividend of Rs 33 per share

Gujarat Reclaim & Rubber Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 33/- per share (including interim dividend Rs. 7/- per share paid in February 12, proposed Final Dividend of Rs.16/- per share and special dividend of Rs. 10/- per share) on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2012.
