GSS Infotech board meeting will be held on May 15 to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
GSS Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2012, to transact the following:1. To consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company, (both consolidated and standalone), for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.2. To consider the preferential issue under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act 1956 and subject to Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosures) requirements 2009 to the persons other than promoter and promoter’s group.3.
