Graviss Hospitality Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.06 per share for Financial Year 2010-11. The payment of final dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Including the interim dividend of Rs. 0.24 per share, total dividend recommended for the year is Rs. 0.30 per share (Rs. 0.24 per share for the previous year).Source : BSE
