Govt. of India appointed Ms. Snehlata Srivastava, Additional Secretary (FS), Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of IDBI Bank Ltd. w.e.f. January 11, 2013, in place of Shri. Sunil Soni until further orders.
IDBI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Service have, vide their letter dated January 11, 2013, appointed Ms. Snehlata Srivastava, Additional Secretary (FS), Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of IDBI Bank Ltd. w.e.f.
