Gitanjali Gems fixes book closure for Dividend & AGM from Sept 15 to Sept 28
Gitanjali Gems Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2012 to September 28, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2012.The said dividend, if declared, will be paid / dispatched on October 08, 2012.Source : BSE
