Geojit BNP board grants 27,99,885 stock options to employees at Rs 20.55

Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on July 11, 2012 granted 27,99,885 stock options to employees of the Company and its subsidiaries at an exercise price of Rs. 20.55 per stock option which carry the right to apply for equal number of equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 each. The options will vest fully on the second anniversary of the date of grant (i.e., on July 11, 2014) and the last date for exercise is July 10, 2016 (i.e., within four years from the date of grant).Source : BSE
