Gati board recommends 25% final dividend
Gati Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held August 09,2012, has recommended a final dividend @ 25% (face value of Rs.2/- each) i.e. Rs.0.50 (Fifty paise only) per share to the Shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2011-12.Source : BSE
