Gati Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2012, inter alia, has approved the following :1. Payment of special dividend @30% to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2011-12.2. Appointment of Mr. Yoshinobu Mitsuhashi on the Board of the Company as a Director.3.
