Flex Foods at its meeting held on July 20, 2011 has declared dividend at Rs 2 per share for the year ended March 31, 2011.
Flex Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2011, inter alia, have recommended a dividend @ Rs. 2.00 per share (20%) subject to the approval of the shareholders, for the year ended March 31, 2011.Source : BSE
