Finolex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 and for the financial year 2010-11 ended March 31, 2011 and to consider recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2010-2011.Source : BSE
