Federal-Mogul Goetze board in its meeting held on May 08 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Jean de Montlaur, as Managing Director and President.
Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2012, inter alia, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Jean de Montlaur, as Managing Director and President and Mr. Rainer Jueckstock, as Director of the Company. In the same Board Meeting, Mr. Sunit Kapur has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company and Mr. Bernhard Motel has been appointed as Director of the Company.Source : BSE
