Envair Electrodyne Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 08, 2012, inter alia, has considered and adopted declaration of Dividend at 7% for the year 2011-12 as recommended by the Board, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
